Sarawak Plantation Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company's segments include Investment holding, Oil palm operations, and Management/marketing/agronomic services and rental. The Oil palm operations segment comprising two divisions, namely estate operation and mill operation. The Company is engaged in the cultivation of oil palm and processing of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PK). It is engaged in the provision of management/marketing/agronomic service and rental of investment properties. Its other businesses include seed production, cattle integration and provision of laboratory services. It has a total land bank of approximately 42,185 hectares (ha), with a total plantable area of 35,656 ha and another estate with the size of 412 ha with planted area of 405 ha. It owns and operates two palm oil mills, with a total operating capacity of approximately 140 metric tons per hour, located at Niah and Mukah, respectively.
