GRANT OF SHARE AWARDS TO NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
Pursuant to Rule 704(29) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, SATS Ltd. ("SATS" or the "Company") wishes to announce the following details on the grant of share awards pursuant to the Company's Restricted Share Plan ("RSP") to its non-executive directors, being payment of the share component of directors' fees equivalent to about 30% of the directors' fees, for the financial year ended 31 March 2021.

The number of shares awarded is determined based on S$3.9741 per share which is the volume weighted average price of a SATS share on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited over the 10 trading days after the 48th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 22 July 2021. The number of shares is rounded down to the nearest hundred.
