APPOINTMENT OF LIQUIDATOR FOR MEMBER'S VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

OF DORMANT INDIRECT WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARIES

SATS Investments Turkey Havacılık Yatırımları Anonim Şirketi ("SATS Investments Turkey") and SATS Food Turkey Gıda Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi ("SATS Food Turkey") are incorporated in Turkey and are indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of SATS Ltd. ("Company"). Both SATS Investments Turkey and SATS Food Turkey are dormant.

The Company wishes to announce pursuant to Rule 704(21) of the Listing Manual that both SATS Investments Turkey and SATS Food Turkey have been placed under member's voluntary liquidation and that a liquidator has been appointed in connection thereto ("Voluntary Liquidation").

The Voluntary Liquidation is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2021.
