Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company announced that the Board Member, and the Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Risk Committee member Dr. Mazen Soliman Fakeeh was resigned on October 21, 2020 due to personal reasons. The resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors on October 29, 2020.
