In the auctions world you can find all sorts of weird and wonderful properties that you wouldn't see in a high street agent's window, from project homes through to investment opportunities and some more eccentric lots too.

Our ninth and final sale of 2020 will take place on 16 December, with around 130 lots on offer.

Last month our sale raised £44 million, one of the largest amounts achieved by any auctioneer over the last few months. It was our biggest November auction since 2015 and took the total of property sold in 2020 up to £240 million.

We've found that the transparency of the livestream auction style has engaged the public, bringing them as close as possible to being in the physical room while sitting at home.

Here we take a look at some of the highlights from the upcoming sale, including a part walled garden in historic Bath, an apartment overlooking Lords Cricket Ground, a Grade II listed townhouse in Sherborne and an unconverted office building on the banks of the River Thames.
