PineBridge is taking the entire 11,404 sq ft (1,060 sq m) first floor at The Avenue on Bedford Row. Bedford Avenue Trustees Ltd and Bedford Avenue Trustee Two Ltd are the landlords of the building.

PineBridge decided to move to The Avenue because of its desirable location, modern high specification workspace and best-in-class facilities. The building has achieved BREEAM excellent, a global leading sustainability assessment method for infrastructure and buildings.

The Avenue sits at the forefront of the West End's transformation, including significant regeneration, investment and infrastructural improvements, creating a highly desirable area. The office is centrally located, with numerous forms of travel nearby. Tottenham Court Road underground station and the new crossrail Elizabeth Line are less than 100 metres away.

Freddie Corlett, director in Savills West End agency team, comments: 'Tottenham Court Road is one of the most exciting central London locations. It will continue to evolve as a result of significant investment into the area, and The Avenue is right at the heart of the action. PineBridge will join a host of major aspirational businesses who have recently taken space nearby, highlighting the crucial role the office still plays in bringing people together.'

Klaus Schuster, CEO, EMEA, PineBridge Investments, says: 'We have chosen The Avenue because of its location, sustainability credentials and incredible facilities. Critically, The Avenue will allow PineBridge to integrate our London operations, following the successful acquisition of PineBridge Benson Elliot, a leading private equity real estate manager, in January 2021.'
