Savills : Public Sector reappointed to Homes England Framework

Homes England is an executive non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. Homes England have been tasked with releasing more land to developers in order to create new homes, to help improve neighbourhoods and grow communities.

The framework includes the following scope of services: property advisory services, land and property agency services, estate and facilities management services, property investment, appraisal and compliance services, valuation services, lead consultant and project management services, development structures and partnering, office accommodation and general services.
