The SUPPA team has worked in the Baltics real estate market since 2006 with a strong focus on large scale complex real estate transactions, as well as asset management, renewable energy, forestry sales and acquisitions. The company is the market leader in Estonia and a leading player in the Latvian and Lithuanian commercial real estate markets.

The team has been involved in some of the most significant transactions that were made in the region. Amongst others, the track record includes the largest sale and leaseback transaction in the Baltics on behalf of SEB amounting to €197m. This also includes advising on the largest residential transaction in the Baltics, Estonia's Raadiku municipal housing, which private developers sold to LCN Capital Partners for €136m and consecutively LCN Capital Partners sold to ICG, and, in cooperation with Savills, advising Blackstone on the sale of the Dole Shopping Centre in the suburbs of Latvia's capital Riga to Hili Properties.
