Sbanken : Extension of acceptance period and increase of offer price - approval

Oslo Børs, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority, has approved
amendments to the following offer set out in offer document dated 23 April 2021,
as amended 24 May 2021, in respect of:

Voluntary offer 
to acquire the shares in
Sbanken ASA 
made by 
DNB Bank ASA

The amendments relates to extension of the acceptance period and increase of
offer price. 

Acceptance period, as extended: to 14 June 2021 at 16:30 CEST

Offer price, as amended: NOK 108.85

In addition, the minimum acceptance level condition is partly waived by
reduction from 90% to 2/3.
