Sbanken : Substantial shareholding disclosure in Sbanken ASA

DNB Bank ASA ("DNB") has on 15 April 2021 acquired 4,625,052 shares in Sbanken
ASA ("Sbanken"). Following the acquisition, DNB holds 5,684,446 shares,
corresponding to approximately 5.3% of the shares and votes in Sbanken.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
