At the beginning of November last year, Affärsvärlden gave a sell recommendation for the real estate company SBB. At the time, the newspaper saw risks surrounding the legal dispute with the hedge fund Fir Tree, which was recently called off. Now the sell recommendation has been dropped.

"When we put a sell stamp on SBB shares, we realized that it was a lottery ticket. But hats off to the company's CEO Leiv Synnes, who skillfully handled the game and managed to scratch out a winning ticket against difficult odds. The risk level is still high, but the essence of our previous thesis has changed. We are therefore neutral on SBB shares, which returned +8 percent during the period of our sell recommendation," writes Affärsvärlden in a commentary on Tuesday.
