As much as 15% of Russian households use SberBank's automatic payments for housing and public utilities. At the moment, 18 mln automatic payments have been enabled, and their number added 10% in 2020 alone. One person makes three automatic payments on average. As much as 60% of those who enabled automatic utility payments are women, and the average age of the bank's customers who make automatic payments is 52.

It is enough to set up an automatic payment once, which will only take a few minutes, and then the payment will be made automatically. The customer doesn't even need to input the payment amount; it will be done automatically. Our customers will always be able to control all transactions and payment terms via SberBank Online. We are glad that more and more customers can enable the service and save their time for more important and interesting things.'

You can set up automatic payments via the mobile app and on the website of SberBank Online in the Payments - Automatic Payments and Transfers section. Money will be debited from your card in accordance with the receipt. Customers will receive notifications on the planned payment with the accurate amount via instant massages or push-notifications. The payment can be cancelled.
