SBI Aruhi Corp, formerly known as Aruhi Corp, is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of mortgage loan and other products and services. The loan execution business is involved in the provision of mortgage loan products to residential mortgage customers. The finance business raises funds by loan securitization and securitization for loan assets resulting from loan execution of housing loans. The loan management and collection business is entrusted with the housing finance support organization and financial institutions such as trust banks and undertakes management and collection of loans related to the mortgage. The insurance-related business receives business consignment from insurance company and conducts business as insurance agency. The main sales of other services include sales from the purchase and resale of residential real estate, sales from outsourcing services, and system usage fees to franchise operating corporations.
