SBI Holdings, Inc. (TSE:8473) acquired 80% stake in SmartApp.inc from i-nest No.1 Fund managed by i-nest capital Co., Ltd. and others on September 30, 2021. i-nest capital Co., Ltd. has transferred all of its shares in SmartApp. Post acquisition, SmartApp.inc renamed to SBINFT Co., Ltd.
