Scandinavian Enviro : Jula represented in the new Nomination Committee appointed prior to Enviro’s 2022 Annual General Meeting

Michelins representative joins as chairman of the committee

The Nomination Committee of Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (publ) ("Enviro" or "the Company") has now been formed in accordance with the principles established by the Annual General Meeting. Following the directed share issue (private placement) in the autumn, the ownership structure of the Company changed, and this is reflected in the new Nomination Committee that has been appointed, in which Jula Holding AB is represented. At the same time, Michelin's representative takes over as chairman of the Nomination Committee.

The Nomination Committee of Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (publ) ("Enviro" or "the Company") has now been formed in accordance with the principles established by the Annual General Meeting and has the following composition:

• Sander Vermeulen, representing Michelin Ventures S.A.S. (Chairman of the Nomination Committee)
• Lennart Persson, representing himself
• Magnus Sigurd, representing Jula Holding AB
• Alf Blomqvist, Chairman of Enviro

Magnus Sigurd is Business Development Director at Group level with Jula Holding and has worked at Jula since 2004. Within Jula, he has had positions including that of purchasing manager and project manager. Jula Holding Group has grown out of operations associated with the retail company Jula AB.

The Nomination Committee's proposals will be presented in the notification of the Annual General Meeting in 2022 and will be published on the Company's website. The Annual General Meeting will be held in Gothenburg on 19 May 2022.
