STANLIB Asset Management (Pty) Limited agreed to acquire a 42% stake in 258-MW Upington solar park in South Africa from Scatec ASA (OB:SCATC) and 18% stake from Norfund for ZAR 979 million on February 2, 2023. The transaction is subject to the customary consents and is expected to close in the first half of 2023.
