Schaeffler India Limited announced that Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on April 17, 2018 has approved appointment of Mr. Juergen Ziegler as an additional Director of the company with effect from April 18, 2018. He shall hold office up to the upcoming AGM of the company. The board also approved that remuneration committee of the board will be of Dr. Sanak Mishra as a Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration of Committee, Mr. Avinash Gandhi, Mr. Juergen Ziegler and Mr. Rakesh Jinsi as Members of Nomination and Remuneration of Committee with effect from April 18, 2018.
