Schaeffler India appointed Shibi Mathew as Head of Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility, effective November 4. She will lead HR and CSR functions as part of the Executive Leadership Team. Shibi Mathew joins Schaeffler India with over 22 years of experience in strategic and operational HR, having held key leadership roles. Her expertise in building high-performing teams and her skills in shared services, digitalization, global mobility, HR analytics, and diversity and inclusion will help strengthen Schaeffler India's people-focused strategy and support its CSR initiatives.
A graduate of Pune University, Shibi Mathew holds a master's degree in Personnel Management, along with a Diploma in Labour Law (2002) and a Diploma in Executive Leadership CORE, specialising in Business Analytics, Financial Accounting, and Economics (2020).
