Schibsted recruits new Director of People from Deloitte

Knardahl Frost has worked at Deloitte for the past three years, where she most recently came from the role as Head of Human Capital in Deloitte Consulting. In total, she has more than 15 years of experience from the consulting industry, including various roles in PwC, Accenture and Aker Solutions. Now she is ready to take on new challenges in Schibsted's News Media division.

"After many years in the consulting industry, I am really looking forward to taking on an "in house" role. Schibsted is an incredibly exciting company, which I have been following for a long time. Their ambitious goals for the People area was an important motivating factor for me. I look forward to taking on the new job in February, and I can't wait to get to know all my new colleagues", says Knardahl Frost.

In her new role, Knardahl Frost will be responsible for the People function in News Media, which includes organizational and competence development, talent management, culture, diversity and strategic advising. She will also be part of the management team in News Media.

EVP in Schibsted News Media, Siv Juvik Tveitnes, says that the People agenda plays a crucial role in the company's future success.

Karin Knardahl Frost will start her new job in February.
