Nos termos e para os efeitos do disposto no artigo 127.º do Código dos Valores Mobiliários, torna-se público o resultado da oferta pública de venda de ações da Schneider Eletric S.E., reservada aos colaboradores elegíveis de determinadas sociedades do grupo Schneider Eletric, no âmbito do Plano de Poupança do Grupo (plans d'épargne d'entreprise) e tal como descrito no documento elaborado e submetido junto da CMVM ao abrigo do disposto na alínea i), do n.º 4 do Artigo 1.° do Regulamento (UE) 2017/1129 do Parlamento Europeu e do Conselho, de 14 de junho de 2017.

O resultado da oferta em Portugal, cujo período de subscrição decorreu entre os dias 21 de abril (inclusive) e 11 de maio (inclusive) de 2022, foi o seguinte:

ANNOUNCEMENT OF OFFER RESULT

Pursuant to Article 127 of the Portuguese Securities Code, it is hereby announced the result of the public offer of shares of Crédit Agricole S.A., reserved to the eligible employees of certain companies of the Schneider Eletric group, within the context of the company's savings plans (plans d'épargne d'entreprise) and as described in the informative note prepared and submitted to the CMVM according to the provisions of paragraph i), of number 4 of Article 1 of Regulation UE 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 14 June 2017.

The offer's subscription period took place from April 21 to May 11, 2022 (inclusive) and the result of the offer in Portugal was the following:
