The board (the ''Board'') of directors (the ''Directors'') of Scholar Education Group (the ''Company'') hereby announces that with effect from 1 March 2021, the address of the headquarters and principal place of business in the People's Republic of China (the ''PRC'') of the Company has been changed to Room 401-410, 4th Floor, Yunfeng Garden, 29 Youyi Road, Jianan Community, Nanhu Street, Luohu District, Shenzhen, the PRC* (中國深圳市羅湖區南湖街道嘉南社區友誼路29號雲峰花園4層401-410 室).
