Graymont Limited and Grupo Calidra Sa De Cv completed the acquisition of lime and limestone assets from SCR-Sibelco N.V..

Graymont Limited and Grupo Calidra Sa De Cv entered into an agreement to acquire lime and limestone assets from SCR-Sibelco N.V. (ENXTBR:094426466) on January 17, 2019. Under the terms of the agreement, Graymont will acquire the operations in Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. Grupo Calidra will acquire the operations in Argentina and Chile. On August 1, 2019, all acquisitions barring the Indonesian, were completed. The transaction is subject to certain regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed during 2019. The acquisition of Indonesian assets is expected to be completed in later 2019. Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) acted as the financial advisor for SCR-Sibelco N.V. Carlos González, Jorge Covarrubias, Hugo Núñez and Paulina Eyzaguirre of Barros & Errázuriz Abogados acted legal advisors to Grupo Calidra, S.A. DE C.V. and Graymont Limited. Charles-Antoine Leunen and Jonathan Sadler of Linklaters LLP (Belgium) and Juan Tagle and Isabel Wolleter of Prieto Abogados acted as legal advisors to SCR-Sibelco N.V. Graymont Limited and Grupo Calidra Sa De Cv completed the acquisition of lime and limestone assets from SCR-Sibelco N.V. (ENXTBR:094426466) on August 1, 2019. The acquisition of Indonesian assets were not acquired as part of this acquisition.
