SDI Corporation (TWSE:2351) agreed to acquire remaining 15.38% stake in Chao Shin Metal Industrial Corp. for TWD 47.5 million on May 7, 2025. Upon completion, SDI Corporation will own 100% stake in Chao Shin Metal Industrial Corp. SDI Corporation will use its own funds for the transaction.

The transaction is subject to approval of offer by acquirer board. The expected completion of the transaction is by June 30, 2025.
