The transaction included participation from Smart Internet Industry Fund, a fund co-managed by Qianhai Fangzhou Asset Management Co., Ltd. and China Internet Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., CICC Capital Management Co., Ltd., SDIC Capital Co.,Ltd, Qianhai Equity Investment Fund (Limited Partnership), a fund managed by QHFZ Capital Management Co., Ltd., Zhongyuan Qianhai Equity Investment Fund (L.P.), a fund co-managed by Henan Agricultural Development Fund Investment Co., Ltd. and Qianhai Fangzhou (Zhengzhou) Venture Capital Management Enterprise (L.P.), Netcom Fund.
