Foshan Shunde Xinbi Trade Co., Ltd. signed property transaction contract to acquire 19.71% stake in Essence Fund Management Co., Ltd. from SDIC Essence (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600061) for CNY 79 million on December 22, 2014. On completion, SDIC Essence will continue to hold 33% stake in Essence Fund Management. On December 23, 2014, Essence Fund's shareholders meeting approved the transfer.
On June 17, 2015, the CSRC approved the transfer. On July 3, 2015, the Market Supervision Administration Bureau Of Shenzhen Municipality approved the transfer.
