On October 27, 2017, SDIC Capital Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600061) closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of the transaction on the same date. The company issued 532,978,014 shares at a price of CNY 15.01 per share for the gross proceeds CNY 7,999,999,990.14. The company received net proceeds of CNY 7,895,911,974.10 as part of the transaction. The transaction included participation from Qingdao Conson Capital Investment Co., Ltd. for 106,595,602 shares, Lord Abbett China Asset Management Company Limited for 86,608,927 shares, CITIC Securities Company Limited, Investment Arm for 65,289,806 shares, and other investors. The shares issued as part of the transaction will be subject to a lock up period.

The Brokerage segment manily includes brokerage business of securities and futures and the agent sales of financial products. Entrusted Asset Management segment mainly includes the pooled asset management, directional asset management and specific asset management. Proprietary Business segment mainly invests the Companyâs funds in equity securities, fixed income securities and derivatives and is involved in the market making business in the new over-the-counter (OTC) market.
