SDIC Capital Co.,Ltd announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced total revenue was CNY 14,136.891 million compared to CNY 11,267.404 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 6,117.824 million compared to CNY 4,725.992 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 4,148.320 million compared to CNY 2,967.503 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.97 compared to CNY 0.7 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.95 compared to CNY 0.7 a year ago.

The Brokerage segment manily includes brokerage business of securities and futures and the agent sales of financial products. Entrusted Asset Management segment mainly includes the pooled asset management, directional asset management and specific asset management. Proprietary Business segment mainly invests the Companyâs funds in equity securities, fixed income securities and derivatives and is involved in the market making business in the new over-the-counter (OTC) market. Investment Banking segment includes stock financing, bond financing, mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory services. Margin Trading segment includes margin trading, stock pledged repo and agreed-to-repurchase securities.
