Limassol, Cyprus – 01 November 2022 – Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Green Energy Group (Seabird Exploration Plc) (the "Company") dated 25 October 2022 regarding completion of a subsequent offering of 2,000,000 new shares in the Company.

The Company's CFO, Mr Sveinung Alvestad, was allocated 4,843 shares in the subsequent offering. Following this Mr. Alvestad holds 44,843 shares and 300,000 options in the Company.
