Balcan Innovations Inc. acquired Reflectix, Inc. from Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE:SEE) on November 1, 2021. The transaction includes Reflectix manufacturing facilities in Markleville, Indiana, where Reflectix employ approximately 80 employees. Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP acted as legal advisor to Balcon Innovations Inc. and its legal team includes Evan Rosen, Carolyn McNamara, J.W. Perry, Jonathan B. Brown, Elizabeth Sheerin, Veronica M. Wissel, Justin Alexander Kasprisin, Frank J. Azzopardi, Marissa Elena Bannon and David H. Schnabel. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the New York office.
Balcan Innovations Inc. completed the acquisition of Reflectix, Inc. from Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE:SEE) for $82.5 million on November 1, 2021. Under the terms of agreement, Balcan paid the consideration in cash. The sales price is subject to final and customary purchase price true-ups. Willem Enthoven, John McNamara, Barret Preuninger and Thomas Woodville of Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE:SF) acted as financia ladvisor to Reflectix.
