Over the course of the last few days, we've had quite a few inquiries about the changes SeaWorld Orlando's undergoing from a signage perspective. Fans may have noticed on Tuesday that the old front entrance sign was taken down. There has been much speculation as to why we've made the changes, and the answer is quite simple: park upgrades and uniformity.

We're continuing to update signage across the parks to give our guests a more contemporary and natural look. The new sign will pull in natural environmental elements such as rock formations. You can see similar designs across the street at our Discovery Cove and Aquatica parks, as well as at SeaWorld San Antonio and SeaWorld San Diego.

In addition to signage updates, you may also notice some additional in-park improvements over the course of the next few months. We have made significant investments and updates are underway in our signature lighthouse and the Shark Encounter Aquarium. We are also repainting several rides across the SeaWorld portfolio, including the Manta coaster in Orlando.
