Marco Cadei has founded the Antincendio Sebino di Cadei Marco, specializing in the development, design and installation of fire-fighting systems for industrial and civil buildings.

Development of the business through the establishment of a subsidiary in Romania (Sebino Fire Protection Srl) with the aim of developing the business in Eastern Europe.

Acquisition of Protector Impianti Antincendio S.a.S., with the aim of strengthening the Company's know-howin the fire-fighting sector and, in particular, maintenance activities.

Joint Venture with Landi Group, a Company specializing in electrical and hydraulic installations, becoming Sebino Landi Technological Systems S.r.l., a subsidiary of Leo Holding and Landi S.p.A.

Sebino Antincendio acquires the shares that Landi S.p.A. held in Sebino Landi Technological Systems, becoming Sebino Fire Protection and Detection S.r.l. Acquisition of SBS Security System S.r.l., in order to expand the presence in the "Security" market. In 2017 SBS was merged into Sebino.

Acquisition of the new Headquarters, based in Madone (BG) in order to group Security and Fire activities. In 2018, the Company also made the acquisition of 50% of the shares that Leo Holding owned in Sebino Romania, becoming the sole shareholder.

Sebino S.p.A. initiates and finalizes the listing process to collect financial resources aimed at accelerating its growth and development path.

Sebino S.p.A. finalizes the acquisition of the entire business managed by Riccardi S.r.l., a historic company operating for over 30 years in the field of maintenance of fire-fighting systems and equipment. Following the acquisition, the company name changes to Sebino Service S.r.l.

Sebino S.p.A., founded in Bergamo in 1979, is an Italian company active in the design, development, and installation of fire and security systems.

The Company integrates these activities with maintenance service and technological parameters remote control room 24/7.

The Company also owns a 100% stake in Sebino Fire Protection and Detection S.r.l. ("Sebino Romania"), specialized in the design and construction of fire-fighting systems in Romania and neighboring countries and Sebino Service S.r.l. (formerly Riccardi Srl), specialized in the maintenance of fire and safety systems.
