Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 and Notice of 2017 AGM

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, Secure Trust Bank PLC (the 'Company') has submitted a copy of each of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism:

· 2016 Annual Report & Accounts;

· Circular including the Notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting; and

· Form of Proxy for the 2017 Annual General Meeting.
