The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 together with the Notice convening the Company's AGM.

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, 1^st Floor, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1EW on 25 June 2019 at 12:30 BST.

Copies of the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements and Notice of AGM may be obtained on request from the Company's registered office at the above address.

A copy of the Company's Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements (with an opinion provided by KPMG Channel Islands Limited), AGM notice is available via the Company's website:www.nbddif.com.

In addition, a second set of the Company's audited financial statements were prepared in accordance with certain rules of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (with an opinion provided by KPMG LLP) ('U.S. Compliant Audited Financials').
