The Board of Directors of Security Bank Corporation, in its meeting held on January 24, 2023, confirmed the approval by the Nominations and Remuneration Committee of the following: Hiring of Mr. Arnold Q. Bengco as Executive Vice President and Financial Markets Segment Head under the Financial Markets Segment. Mr. Bengco is targeted to report on February 15, 2023. Hiring of Mr. Joselito E. Mape as Executive Vice President and Senior Adviser to the Chairman effective February 1, 2023. Hiring of Mr. Dennis M. Tangonan as Senior Vice President and Cloud and Infrastructure Division Head under Office of the Chief Information Officer. Mr. Tangonan is targeted to report on January 30, 2023. Appointment of Mr. Raul Martin A. Pedro as Executive Vice President and Special Adviser to the Chairman effective February 15, 2023. Mr. Pedro will assume the role as Special Adviser until his formal retirement on September 30, 2023. Mr. Bengco's qualification and business experience covers 24 years of work experience including the following: Temasek Holdings, Singapore - 2021 - 2023 as Treasury Project Consultant. Barclays, Singapore - 2018 - 2019 as Emering Markets FX Head. OCBC Bank, Singapore - 2016 - 2017 as Trading Management, Global Treasury. Dymon Asia Capital, Singapore - 2013 - 2015 as Macro Portfolio Manager. Citibank, Singapore - 2007 - 2013 as Managing Director, Regional Head of Asian Currencies and Emerging Markets Trader (FX and Government Bonds). Mr. Mape's qualification and work experience covers the following: Security Bank Corporation 1996 - 2023 as Senior Advisor, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Cityland Development Corporation - 1996 - 1998 as Senior Manager of Financial Management Services Division. SGV & Co. - 1984 - 1988 as Senior Auditor.
