Seegene, Inc. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was KRW 451,451.76 million compared to KRW 351,750.09 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 165,472.01 million compared to KRW 164,627.19 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 3,195 compared to KRW 3,167 a year ago. Seegene Inc is a Korea-based company engaged in the development, manufacturing and distribution of molecular diagnostic reagents. The Company mainly provides infectious pathogens inspection products, including allergic respiratory pathogens, sexually transmitted diseases pathogens, human papilloma virus (HPV) and other inspection products, drug resistance inspection products, single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) inspection products, as well as somatic mutation cancer inspection products. In addition, it is involved in the provision of automatic real-time detection instruments. The Company provides its products under the brand names of Seeplex, Anyplex and Magicplex. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
