Seegene, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A096530) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 50,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a contract with Samsung Securities Co. Ltd. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder value and stabilize stock prices.

The program will expire on September 27, 2022. As of March 28, 2022, the company had 654,176 shares in treasury within the scope available for dividend and had 5,195 shares in treasury through other repurchases.
