Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that on 7 March 2023, Dunford Super Fund Pty Limited (Dunford Super Fund A/C), a person closely associated with the Company's Chair, Kate Hill, purchased a total of 300,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 7.10 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Ms Hill is now beneficially interested in 4,100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.10 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
