Seino Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9076) agreed to acquire Kanto Unyu Co., Ltd. from Karita Transport Investment Limited Partnership and others on August 7, 2020. Under the terms of acquisition of 0.09822 million shares and will hold 100%. The transaction is subject to Fair Trade Commission. The transaction is expected to close on August 27, 2020.
SEINO HOLDINGS CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the transportation business, automobile sales business, goods sales business, real estate leasing business and other business.
