Seino Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9076) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 3,125,000 shares, representing 1.57% of its total shares outstanding excluding treasury shares, for a total of ¥2,500 million. The purpose of the repurchase program is to enable the company to implement a flexible capital policy corresponding to changes in the business environment. Repurchases will be in accordance with the provisions of articles of incorporation from the regulations of Article 459-1-1 of the Companies Act. The share repurchase program is valid until September 23, 2016. As of June 30, 2016, the company had 198,788,765 shares outstanding excluding treasury shares and had 8,891,018 shares in treasury.
