Seiren Co.,Ltd. revised consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023. For the period, the company expected net sales of JPY 127,000 million, operating profit of JPY 12,300 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 10,100 million and basic earnings per share of JPY 188.13.
Seiren Co Ltd is mainly engaged in the vehicle materials, high fashion, electronics, environment and living materials, and medical businesses. The Company operates through five segments. The Vehicle Material segment manufactures and sells automotive sheet materials and airbags. The High Fashion segment offers various apparel textile products and synthetic fabrics. The Electronics segment manufactures and sells electromagnetic shielding materials, sells Viscotex systems, and manufactures and sells satellites and satellite parts. The Environment and Living Materials segment manufactures and sells construction materials, interior materials, health and nursing care products, and various living and living materials. The Medical segment manufactures and sells cosmetics and medical base materials. In addition, the Company is also engaged in software development and sales, insurance agency business, temporary staffing business, and real estate rental management business.
