DISCLOSURE
INCREASE OF QUALIFYING HOLDING OF SODIM
According to Article 17 of the Securities Code, we inform that Sodim, SGPS, S.A. ("Sodim") announced on the present date to SEMAPA - Sociedade de Investimento e Gestão, SGPS, S.A. ("Semapa") that, on 7 June last, acquired, under the scope of the tender offer for the acquisition of ordinary shares launched over Semapa, 6,402,799 shares representing 7.878% of Semapa's share capital and voting rights.
As a result of the referred acquisition, Sodim exceeded the threshold of direct holding of a third of the share capital and voting rights of Semapa, holding directly 27,134,334 shares of Semapa, representing 33.388% of its share capital and voting rights, corresponding to 33.973% of the non-suspended voting rights, having also changed the attribution title of part of its participation in Semapa.
Semapa was further informed by Sodim that, as a result of the said acquisition, jointly with the acquisitions on the 8 and 9 June, timely announced, the total number of shares and voting rights of Semapa attributable to Sodim is as follows:

The attribution of voting rights relating to the companies identified in the above table results from the direct ownership of shares and the existence of a controlling relationship of Sodim over Cimo.
