Semperit Aktiengesellschaft Holding (WBAG:SEM) is selling Latexx Partners Bhd for about MYR 300 million. It has emerged that Top Glove Corporation Bhd. (KLSE:TOPGLOV) and MQ Technology Berhad (KLSE:MQTECH) are the frontrunners in the race to buy Latexx.
A source said Top Glove was the top contender for Latexx given the company's vast resources.
