Senco Gold Limited at its board meeting held on May 29, 2025, recommended a Final Dividend at the rate of 20% (INR 1.00 per equity share) of the face value of equity shares of INR 5 each, for the Financial Year 2024-25. The Final Dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company, shall be paid/dispatched to the shareholders on or before 30 days from the date of AGM.
