Lone Star Announces a Proposal to Senior plc

On May 28, 2021, Lone Star Global Acquisitions, Ltd announced that it made a proposal to Senior plc regarding a possible cash offer for the Company at 176 pence. Lone Star stated that the proposal has been rejected by the Company’s Board. Lone Star added that it is considering its position.
