               of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 29, 2022, Vineet Nargolwala, Executive Vice President, Sensing Solutions, informed the Company of his decision to resign as an executive officer of the Company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Nargolwala will remain with the Company until June 3, 2022 to help with the transition of his responsibilities. Mr. Nargolwala's decision to resign from the Company was not the result of any disagreement relating to the Company's strategy, operations, policies or practices.
