Officers.




On October 21, 2021, Yann Etienvre, Executive Vice President and Chief Supply
Chain Officer of the Company, informed the Company of his decision to resign as
an executive officer of the Company, effective November 24, 2021 to pursue other
opportunities. Mr. Etienvre's decision to resign from the Company was not the
result of any disagreement relating to the Company's operations, policies or
practices.
The Company will realign its Automotive and Sensing Solutions Business
operations teams to report to their respective business unit leader and plans to
conduct an executive search for a position focused on operational excellence.
