Senshu Electric Co.,Ltd. reported consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended January 31, 2020. For the quarter, the company reported sales of JPY 20,091 million against JPY 21,367 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 818 million against JPY 1,077 million a year ago. Profit was JPY 623 million against JPY 780 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share of JPY 64.17 against JPY 77.44 a year ago.
For the six months ending April 30, 2020, the company expects net sales of JPY 42,500 million, operating profit of JPY 1,890 million, profit of JPY 1,300 million or JPY 136.47 per basic share.
For the year ending October 31, 2020, the company expects net sales of JPY 88,800 million, operating profit of JPY 4,210 million, profit of JPY 2,920 million or JPY 306.52 per basic share.
