          Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
          Officers.

On December 7, 2022, Dr. Elaine Wedral notified the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Sensient Technologies Corporation (the "Company") that she does not intend to seek reelection and will retire from the Board at the end of her current term expiring at the 2023 annual meeting of shareholders. Dr. Wedral's decision not to stand for reelection is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any manner related to the Company's operations, policies, or practices. Dr. Wedral has served as a director of the Company since 2006.

The Company expects to nominate Kathleen Da Cunha as a member of the Board for election at the Company's 2023 annual meeting of shareholders. Ms. Da Cunha has extensive experience in the food and beverage and personal care markets and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Research and Development and Strategy at Ruiz Foods.
