The Board of Directors of the home alarm company Sensor Alarm has called an Extraordinary General Meeting to seek authorization for a rights issue, according to a press release.

The meeting is scheduled for December 22, and if the board receives authorization, it will investigate the possibilities for a rights issue.

"The motive for the Board's proposal is to enable the necessary financing through a new share issue with the aim of strengthening the company's financial position and thereby ensuring the continued and successful development of the company in accordance with its business plan and strategy," is stated as the reason for the issue.
