Under the program, the company will repurchase 35,213 shares in aggregate forming Unmarketable Parcels (shares worth less than AUD 500) as of the record date of November 25, 2021, representing 0.03% of its issued share capital for AUD 0.02 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of AUD 0.68 per share.

All Shares sold to SEQ under the buyback will be cancelled. The offer will close on January 11, 2022. As of November 25, 2021, the company had 132,224,520 shares on issue.
